UCC Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is made up of all member institution presidents (currently 12) as well as the UCC Executive Director and the Utah Commissioner of Higher Education. Their duties include review and approval of bylaws and membership dues, strategic planning and fiscal oversight. This board is advised by the UCC Executive Committee.
